I really didn’t want to work out today… but I showed up anyway😆 Today’s leg day: ✨ 3x8 barbell back rack lunges ✨ 3x16 kickstand deadlifts (each leg) ✨ 3x16 sumo squats ✨ 3x16 banded monster walks (each way) ✨ 3x16 banded donkey kicks This is what it’s about.
