Yes… this difference is wild!! But first this context matters: He’s been training for a half Ironman + lifting and eating really well. So no… this is NOT just one thing and definitely not a magic fix. HERE’S WHAT WE’VE SEEN IN 6 WEEKS:
↓ 11 pounds
More consistent energy
Better recovery between workouts
Better energy DURING workouts WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE:
No extreme highs + crashes
