Nothing warms my heart like helping my family feel their best 🫶🏼
And obviously that always starts with the foundations first: eating enough, hydrating, managing stress, sleeping, exercising (not yet for my sister lol), and taking care of yourself
But sometimes adding a little extra support can make such a difference in how you feel day to day
My sister is 10 days postpartum with her THIRD baby and just started natural peptides… and even just a few days in she’s already noticing more steady energy, less crashing, and just feeling more like herself again
She’s breastfeeding, focusing on fueling her body well, and simply wants to feel her best now and when she eventually goes back to work and life gets even busier
This isn’t about doing anything extreme… it’s about supporting your body so you can show up with energy and be present for the people who matter most 🫶🏼
